Sister Cities is pleased to announce that the organization will again awarded 2 - $1,000 scholarship to local high school seniors. Last year's awardees were Pearl Ham (Warwick) and Ben Lambert (Warwick). Applications are available online at www.sistercities-nn.com, at Newport News High School Guidance Offices or by calling 757.926.1348. The application deadline is March 1 and awards will be announced on March 19 at the ninth Annual GlobalBee International Quiz.
