Scholarships will be awarded with the goal of furthering Sister Cities mission to, build and strengthen international cooperation, understanding and development between the citizens of the City of Newport News and to those of the world. SCNN contends that continuous learning about people and their communities facilitates social and economic growth in addition to fostering mutual respect. |
