"Ella Art" on Display During Sister City Exchange to China

A 9-member Sister Cities delegation visited China October 11-21, 2017 to present an "Art Forum" featuring 26 original works inspired by Newport News native, Ella Fitzgerald. The works were originally part of a larger show organized by NN’s Downing Gross Cultural Arts Center to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Ella’s birth. If art is the great communicator – China could here us sing!
