Your tax deductible membership will allow us to continue building relationships that promote harmony, understanding and mutual acceptance between foreign cities and the citizens of Newport News.

Regular mailings, emails and invitations to events are awarded to SCNN members. Admission to these events are discounted and often FREE to current members. In addition to attending exhibitions, conferences and seminars, you can choose to host a foreign guest or participate on a committee.

I am selecting a membership at the following level:
	$1 Student Diplomat	Enrolled in a K-12 public/private school or home-schooled.
	$10 College Diplomat	Enrolled full-time in any public or private college/university (*voting privileges only for those 18 and older).
	$25 Citizen/Family Diplomat	Adult memberships for singles, couples and families.
	$50 Non-Profit World Partners	Non-profit clubs and corporations. All mail will be directed to the organization’s President or designee.
	$100 International Leadership Circle	Membership for individuals and corporations willing to invest in Newport News’ program to promote peace, education and economic growth through citizen diplomacy.

Your membership will strengthen our existing Sister City ties with Neyagawa, Taizhou, and Greifswald and will help us extend our reach into our community. Thank you for your interest and support! Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Annual Membership expires June 31 of the following year. (SCNN fiscal year is July 1–June 30.)
